A list of tools I stand by
Next to each of them is my personal opinion of why I recommend these tools.
Calendly
Customizable Scheduling App
This web app is a secretary's dream. No longer does he or she have to play phone tag to coordinate a meeting. Booking a meeting has now become a cinch. I became a huge fan of Calendly in 2017 when I realize how much time I saved by eliminating the scheduling phone tag. In addition, no one including myself remembered when and what time they were free. Calendly handles all of that for you.
Zoom
Video Conferencing and Webinars
Zoom has become a household name. Despite popular opinion, it was not created during the 2020 pandemic. If fact, I began using Zoom in 2017 when my business partner was introduced to it as an alternative to Google Hangout which is now called Google Meet. Has been the front-runner for video conferencing for many years. It's my opinion that ease of use has been the reason it's been so successful. They offer many levels of service that range from free to above $250 per month. With that said, there's a plan that will work for you.
Stripe
Except Payments Securely
Stripe has been around for 15+ years. They are the 7th largest payment processor in the world. They are not a household name because they mainly function behind the scenes. Stripe is typically the company that handles payment transactions when online purchases are made via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. They are one of the most secure platforms ever made and have gained fame among website developers for being easy to use.
